Each quarter the Winemaker and Wine Club Manager work together to create a
unique selection of the wines, and we ask that you receive them as is. However,
we will make exceptions to accommodate allergies, strong preferences, etc., if
necessary. While we would love to offer complete customization, it is difficult for
our small team to manage.
The cost varies depending on the wines included in the club release; it typically
ranges from $45-$75 before shipping and taxes.
The releases are in February, May, August, and November.
Yes! We can accommodate skipping a release, and we also can delay billing and
shipping!
To cancel your membership, you can either call one of our locations or email
wineclub@galenacellars.com.
We do not send any membership cards, but our teams can view your
membership at any of our locations to ensure you receive your member perks!
Online: Log in online with the email address associated with your membership to
place an order.
In-Store: Let an associate know you are a member, and they will be able to view
your membership and ensure you receive your member perks!
Yes! You can pick it up at any of our locations without letting us know in
advance. Let an associate know you are there to pick up, and they will be able to
provide you with your pickup order.
Yes! You can switch clubs as frequently as you would like, as long as we receive
the request before the quarterly billing date. The easiest way is to respond to
your release email with any updates you would like to request.
Members can choose between having their wines shipped or pick them up at any
of our locations. You can change your preference between club releases, but we
require that we receive notification before each quarters’ billing date.
Pickup: As soon as billing occurs, you can pick up your wines! We ask that
pickup members pick up within 30 days of the billing date. We are unable
to ensure wines will be in stock if picked up after 30 days.
Shipping: We will include the shipping dates in the release email. While
you may receive your tracking details before the shipping date, we do not
release the packages to UPS until the date listed on the email or delayed
shipping date if requested. Someone 21 or older is required to sign for all
wine deliveries. If you cannot be home during the day to receive the
delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address or a friend or
family member who can sign. You can also reach out to your local UPS
store to see if they will accept delivery on your behalf. If your wine is
returned to us, we pass the total cost of re-shipping onto the member.
Please reach out to us for assistance before the billing date to ensure you
can receive your delivery on the first delivery attempt!
Because wine is alcohol, both the Federal and State government requires that an
adult sign for the delivery. If you cannot be home during the day to receive the
delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address or a friend or family
member who can sign. You can also reach out to your local UPS store to see if
they will accept delivery on your behalf.
