Reservation Policy
To reserve your Igloo experience, please call us at 815-777-3235 or 815-777-3330 or email vineyard@galenacellars.com. Please note, igloos are located at our Vineyard location – 4746 N. Ford Road, Galena.
Wine Club members will receive 20% off their reservation fees & wine purchases as well as 10% off all food and gift items. At least one member of your party must check in for your reservation within the first 15 minutes of your reservation time slot to be able to start your experience. All cancelations without notice of at least the day prior are subject to the per person reservation fee. All reservations are required to achieve a $25 minimum purchase per time slot. The reservation times are specific and cannot be altered so that we can accommodate all guests wanting to reserve an Igloo, and allow for proper sanitation between groups. Guests are welcome to reserve time slots next to each other to extend their stay.
Use Policy
All Igloos have a door and window vents for additional air circulation. Galena Cellars is abiding by all CDC sanitation guidelines. All parties are limited to their reservation time to allow 30 minutes between groups for new air circulation and sanitization. To ensure the best experience possible, please consider the following: The Igloos seat a maximum of 6 guests. Each enclosure is heated, however, please still dress accordingly. No smoking in the Igloos. No animals or dogs permitted (except service animals). Galena Cellars will hold guests accountable for any damaged, removed, or defaced property in or outside our Igloos.
Please note: reservations are weather dependent and may need to be canceled due to extreme weather or temperatures. If for any reason your experience is canceled by Galena Cellars, all parties will be notified via email.
