Private Parties

From rehearsal dinners and corporate retreats at our Vineyard location, Galena Cellars is a space your guests are sure to enjoy! Let the planning begin with an email to wine@galenacellars.com. Be sure to include: occasion, group size, and preferred date(s).

Large Groups for Wine Tasting (8 or more guests)

Large group of 8 or more? Advanced notice of arrival can be made by calling us at 815-777-3330 (downtown) or 815-777-3235 (vineyard) or by emailing wine@galenacellars.com. Because tables are first come, first serve, this does not guarantee you a reservation, but helps us prepare to best serve you and your guests!

Please note:

  • All tasting bar space and tables are on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not take reservations.
  • We appreciate your help in keeping the winery a fun and safe place to enjoy with your friends and family.
  • Weekends and Holidays are busy days at the winery. Staff members are striving to serve
    everyone equally and ensure a quality wine experience.
  • Intoxicated guests and/or guests with outside alcohol are not permitted.
Large Private Coach Bus Group Requests (25 or more guests)
  • Coach Buses are welcome Monday through Thursday, December through June, with advanced reservations.
  • No buses will be accepted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Like many of the wineries in our area, we want to reduce over-crowding in our Tasting Room, and to provide a wonderful experience for all guests.
