2021 Petite Pearl

Our third vintage collaborating with our local distillery, Blaum Brothers! We aged Petite Pearl, a French-American hybrid, in bourbon barrels to extract sweet, caramelized flavors and aromas to balance the ripe, black fruit with a long, smooth finish with lingering bourbon notes.
