Nouveau Wine

We are proud to share the 40^th annual Nouveau Wine in celebration of the conclusion and hard work of the 2024 grape harvest! This year’s Nouveau was produced with a blend of Illinois grown Frontenac and a splash of Pinot Noir using the traditional carbonic maceration fermentation technique from the Beaujolais region of France. With only one week of fermentation on the skins, this light fresh, fruity, red wine showcases notes of cranberry, cherry, and raspberry. Very Limited!
