Noiret Rose

We sourced this new red hybrid grape developed by Cornell University from Southern Illinois, it was gently whole berry pressed resulting in an elegant rosé highlighting aromas of strawberry and watermelon with a soft tannin structure. Pairs well with grilled fish, spicy foods and summer picnics.
