2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged in French oak for 20 months, this wine offers generous aromas of ripe black fruit, black raspberries, fig & sweet tobacco. A perfect balance of oak, dark fruit & refined tannins fill out the palate, followed by a lush, lingering finish. Only 11 barrels produced.
