Sourced from the Wayside Ridge Vineyard in the Shawnee Hills of Southern Illinois, aged in oak for 16 months, this final blend showcases notes of rose, violet, red currant, hints of cracked white pepper, and baking spices, and nuances of toasted cedar. This wine is very limited; only 7 barrels produced!
