From bridal showers to holiday parties to rehearsal dinners and corporate retreats, Galena Cellars is is a space your guests are sure to enjoy! Let the planning begin with an email to wine@galenacellars.com. Be sure to include: occasion, group size, preferred date(s), and location (vineyard or downtown).
Large Groups for Wine Tasting (8 or more guests)
Large group of 8 or more? Advanced notice of arrival can be made by calling us at 815-777-3300 or 815-777-3235 or by emailing wine@galenacellars.com. Because tables are first come, first serve, this does not guarantee you a reservation, but helps us prepare to best serve you and your guests!
Please note:
- All tasting bar space and tables are on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not take reservations.
- We appreciate your help in keeping the winery a fun and safe place to enjoy with your friends and family.
- Weekends and Holidays are busy days at the winery. Staff members are striving to serve
everyone equally and ensure a quality wine experience. - Intoxicated guests and/or guests with outside alcohol cannot be admitted.
- Coach Buses are welcome Monday through Thursday, December through June, with advanced reservations.
- No buses will be accepted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Like many of the wineries in our area, we want to reduce over-crowding in our Tasting Room, and to provide a wonderful experience for all guests.
