Maple Cask


This fortified Niagara dessert wine is made in a sherry port style. First left in the Midwest elements living in a tank for 4.5 years, this wine finished aging for an additional 6 months in barrels that first stored bourbon, then maple syrup and now this Maple Cask wine! Enjoy creamy and nutty notes of creme brûlée with a kiss of maple syrup. Delicious poured over a bowl of vanilla ice cream!
