2012 Private Tour Packages & Rates

Private Tour ($10.00/Guest): Our private vineyard tour will last approximately 1 hour.  Experience the wine making process from the vine to the glass.  Start with a brief history of Galena Cellars Vineyard & Winery.  Next, tour the Vineyard itself where we grow over 22 varietals of grapes.  Then it's off to the Wine Cellar where you will observe how we create our award winning wines.  The Barrel Room will be your next stop. There you will learn how our wines are aged and in which barrels,  French or American Oak?  Then on to the Bottling Room.  And finally to the tasting room you'll go for a wine tasting sensory program.  We'll instruct you in the true art of wine tasting with the "Rule Of The 5 S's";  Sight, Smell, Swirl, Sip & Slurp.  This will include a glass of wine as well. Private Tour & Wine Tasting ($12.50/Guest): Includes the one-hour tour of our vineyard, production facility and the tasting sensory program.  It will also include your choice of 8 tastes from more than 40 award-winning wines.

Private Tour & Wine Tasting with Cheese and Chocolate pairing ($15.00): 

Enjoy the best Galena Cellars has to offer.  You'll receive your private tour followed by a private  wine tasting that includes a cheese and chocolate pairing that will leave your mouth watering.  We use only local cheeses from the Tri-State area.  Eight different pairings in all.  From our Chardonnay to our Port, we'll have the perfect pairings ready and waiting for you!  See you at the Vineyard!
